We're quickly running out of days in London. =(  On the up side, the weather was great again today! =D

This morning we started out at Hampton Court Palace.  It took us FOREVER to get there though because first we were sold the wrong kind of ticket.  The guy sold us underground tickets and you have to take a train to Hampton Court, so it took us a while to sort that out.  We did finally make it out there however.  =)  The Palace was nice.  All the palaces are beginning to look the same if you can imagine that. =)  This one was where King Henry VIII lived when he was alive (around the 1500s...).  The interior was just ok, but the gardens were SPECTACULAR!!! I would love love love to see them in full bloom.  I could have spent HOURS out there.  It was sooooo pretty. =)

After Hampton Court, we took the train back into London and attempted to find Platform 9 3/4 (YES! Like in Harry Potter!!!)  Sadly, we couldn't see a darn thing because of all the construction.  =(

We hiked over to the British Library after that.  It was HUGE!!! We didn't snag any pictures, but boy was it gorgeous.  It also had a neat little shop in it.

Finally, we ate dinner over at a local pub called "King's Arms."  It was just ok too. =(  Ashley had garlic cheese bread which was much more garlicy than cheesy.  Hahaha.  Terri had a yummy cheeseburger, which was GIANT!  Ironically, it was the smallest burger you could order. =)

Tonight we're just relaxing and packing up a bit (a.k.a. making sure our luggage will zip with everything inside it!)  Maybe even playing with our souvenirs. =)  Hahaha.  Tomorrow is our "free day," where we have absolutely no set agenda and are planning on doing whatever strikes our fancy. =)  Sadly, it's our last day in London. =(

I will add here that the fun does NOT stop on our blog once we've left the city.  When we return home, we'll keep posting pictures and such for you to see.  Just because we're no longer vacationing doesn't mean the fun has to end too!
